WHAT SIZE DOES SOPH WEAR?

Soph wears a size S in all our products. 

Soph is typically an AUS 8 in both top and bottoms, and has a C-cup bust.

She may size down or up depending on the style, but we will always specify within our product descriptions.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Please refer to the garment tag attached to the inside of the product for information on how to care for each particular piece.

Shipping & Delivery

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand.

We are working hard on expanding our shipping locations to hopefully soon deliver to more countries worldwide.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard Domestic postage within Australia is estimated anywhere between 3-7 business days to be delivered.

Please note that estimated delivery times are affected by public holidays, and may vary during peak holiday periods.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

The AFM team works hard to ensure all orders are sent out in the fastest possible time frame from when the order is placed. 

We work Monday through Friday to ensure your orders are being sent out daily. 

Please note that our order send-out times may be delayed during peak sale periods.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancelling

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

AFM will accept exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, except for swim bottoms for hygiene reasons, pending stock availability, and issue a store credit. Items for exchange must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the case that you believe an item is faulty, please contact info@allformimi.com. If we deem the item faulty, we will endeavour to replace your item, and if we cannot replace it, a refund will be provided. All shipping costs for items deemed faulty will be covered by AFM.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Of course, if you contact info@allformimi.com our customer service team will be able to assist you with this. 

If your order has already been sent out, our team will organise a returns slip for you to send the product back to AFM headquarters. 

Once we receive your return, a full refund can be issued.
